Jonathon Chandler is a Pacific Northwest-based cinematographer and director with a focus on action, adventure, and high-impact commercial work.

Driven by a lifelong passion for movement and innovation, Jonathon has become a specialist in aerial cinematography and dynamic motion capture. His work blends cutting-edge technology with storytelling rooted in grit, terrain, and motion.

AERIAL

Jonathon brings years of aerial experience to productions ranging from closed-road car commercials to expeditions in remote mountain environments. He owns and operates the DJI Inspire 3 and Mavic 3 Pro, alongside custom FPV drones equipped to carry RED Komodo, Sony FX6, Freefly Ember, and GoPro systems—delivering cinematic visuals in any environment.

MOTION SYSTEMS

Pushing the boundaries of mobile cinematography, Jonathon designs and operates custom long-range remote gimbal systems compatible with cinema cameras including the Ronin 4D, KOMODO, EMBER, and FX6. These systems are deployed across a wide range of vehicles— automobiles, OHV’s, motorcycles, snowmobiles, mountain bikes, OneWheels, etc— bringing unmatched stability and fluidity to fast-paced, rugged shooting scenarios.
